Flora
The flora of the Kruger National Park can best be described by the Ecozones classification of Jacana Media, 1999. The Ecozone Map provides a more detailed scientific look at geology and landscape of the Kruger. The map is divided into colour-coded Ecozones to make it easier for visitors to find the many interesting plants and animals as they travel through the Park These zones are based on the 36 Landscapes described by Gertenbach in Koedoe 26 9-12 1983.
