Advising SANParks Social Science Research of how to transform the SANParks research landscape
Support SANParks in setting benchmarks for best practice in Social Science Research in Parks.
Assist and advise SANParks in partnering with tertiary institutions to promote research in Parks and open up research opportunities for students.
Advise on collaborative research fund raising for research areas of mutual benefit
Provide guidance in setting up research priorities and fundraising linkages for them
Peer review of research reports and guidance to researchers
Reviews and strategic guidance of SANParks research process
The committee members will serve on the committee for a period of three years.
